经皮肾镜取石术后留置双J管患者的电话随访对认知及焦虑影响分析

摘要

目的：研究和观察对经皮肾镜取石术后留置双J管患者进行电话随访后对其认知和焦虑的影响和使用价值。方法收集经皮肾镜取石术后留置双J管的患者共198例，根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为98例对照组和100例观察组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上加入电话随访，将两组患者的疾病护理认识水平、术后并发症的发生率、焦虑自评量表评分进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者的疾病护理认识水平明显高于对照组，观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，观察组的焦虑自评量表评分显著低于对照组， P均＜0.05。结论在经皮肾镜取石术后留置双J管患者的护理中，结合电话随访能够有效提高患者的认知水平，降低术后并发症的发生几率，缓解患者的焦虑感，提高患者的依从性。值得推广应用。%Objective Research and observation of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy after indwelling double J tube in patients with telephone followu-p on the cognition and anxiety effect and use value .Methods Collected after percuta-neous nephrolithotomy after indwelling double J tube in patients with a total of 198 cases,according to the patients admitted to the date of the odd and even number 98 cases in the control group with 100 cases in the observation group ,patients in the control group received routine nursing care .Results In the observation group , the level of disease nursing is significantly higher than that in the control group ,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ,the self rating Anxiety Scale score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group ,P was <0.05 .Conclusion In nursing care of patients with indwelling double J tube after percutaneous renal stone extraction,combined with telephone follow-up can effectively improve the cognitive level of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ease the patient's anxiety,improve patient compliance.It is worth popularizing and applying.
