循证护理在创伤患者院前急救护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的：观察循证护理在创伤患者院前急救护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2012年8~10月连续收治的创伤患者40例，随机分为常规护理组(对照组)和循证护理组(实验组)各20例，分别接受常规护理和循证护理。结果：循证护理组患者护理满意度好于对照组。结论：在创伤患者中实施循证护理，可提高护理满意度。%　　Objective:To observe the effect of evidence -based nursing in the patients with trauma of prehospital first aid application effect. Methods: 40 cases of trauma patients admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to October 2012,were randomly divided into conventional nursing group (control group,20 cases) and evidence -based nursing group (experimental group,20 cases),to accept conventional nursing and basis evidence -based nursing care respectively.Results:The patients's atisfaction of experimental group was better than that of the control group .Conclusion:In trauma patients implementation of evidence -based nursing,can improve nursing satisfaction.
