舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsules in treatment of depression of liver stagnation and spleen de-ficiency type. Methods: 76 depressive patients of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were randomly assigned into study group and control group (38 cases in each group). The study group was given Shuganjieyu capsules for 6 weeks, while the control group was given Sertraline for 6 weeks. The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), TCM curative effect index and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions, respectively. Results: The HAMD score and TCM curative effect index of study group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Shuganjieyu capsules has a better curative effect on depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type than Sertraline.%目的：：观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者的疗效。方法：将76例肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各38例。研究组患者采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗，对照组患者采用舍曲林治疗，疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、中医疗效指数和不良反应量表(TESS)比较两组患者的疗效。结果：HAMD 评分和中医疗效指数研究组患者均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者疗效优于舍曲林。
