精神分裂症患者及其家属对保护性约束认知及态度的调查

摘要

目的：：了解精神分裂症患者及其家属对保护性约束的认知和态度。方法：对某市三个医院的106例精神分裂症患者及其家属进行自编问卷调查。结果：60.4%的精神分裂症患者和80.2%的家属认为必要时应该约束患者；约束基本能做到知情同意；保护性约束引起的负性心理反应较少。结论：医护人员的约束实施能较好的贯彻伦理要求并得到患者和家属的理解，约束能做到患者知情同意及不伤害原则。%Objective:To understand cognition and attitude on protective constraint of schizophrenic patients and their family member. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 106 patients and their family members from 3 hospitals in a city. Results:Most (60. 4%) of the schizophrenic patients and 80. 2% family members believed it should constrain the patients if necessa-ry. The informed consent was well carried out, and there were less negative psychological responses caused by protective constraint. Conclusions:The medical workers are able to follow the ethics requirements and be understood by the patients and their family mem-bers, and take protective constraint measures based on the principles of informed consent and non-maleficence.
