Methods This study included 200 patients, 200 family members and 85 medical staff. Selfdesigned questionnaires were distributed 48 hrs after admission. Results ①There was a significant difference in cognition to “benefits of limitation of accompanying to recovery” and “ the adaptability of patients and family members to limitation of accompanying” among CCU patients, family members and medical workers (P<0.01). ② In terms of main factor to negative motivation of patients, 119 patients considered “loneliness or fear caused by no family members nearby” and 53 medical workers chose “tense and busy situation in ward”.③ A total of 170 family members (872%) were worried about patients, and main reasons were “sense of insecurity caused by limitation of accompanying” and “less nursing care offered by nursing staff which may caused by heavy workload”. Conclusion The cognitive and demand of CCU patients, family members and medical workers should be taken seriously. Familycentered nursing model should be carried out to improve the coping capacity of patients and treatment compliance.
