大学生学习倦怠与睡眠的相关性研究

             

摘要

目的:了解大学生学习倦怠和睡眠的现状,探讨学习倦怠与睡眠的相关性,提高睡眠质量,改善学习倦怠状况,进而促进大学生的身体健康.方法:利用自编问卷大学生学习倦怠量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表调查护理、医学、理工、艺术等四个专业学生的学习倦怠与睡眠现状及其影响因素.结果:大学生学习倦怠的总体均分为(40.61±13.76)分,情绪低落维度均分为(14.01±7.70)分,成就感低维度均分为(14.73±5.12)分,行为不当维度均分为(11.87±4.77)分,护理专业学生学习倦怠得分处于中等程度,医学专业学习倦怠得分最高.睡眠质量指数均分为(4.97±2.80)分.护理专业得分低于总体平均数,睡眠质量高于平均水平.艺术专业睡眠质量最好,理工专业睡眠质量最差.结论:四个专业的学习倦怠情况和睡眠相关性一致,均为正相关,即学习倦怠程度越高,睡眠焦虑越高.改善学生睡眠质量是降低学习倦怠的有效途径,同时排除低落情绪、缓解学习倦怠感,有助于改善睡眠质量.%  Objective:To know more about college students ’both learning burnout and the sleep quality,and to explore the correlation between the twos. Method:803 college students were investigated by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and a self-designed learning burnout inventory of college students . Result:The mean score of PSQI of the involved students was(40.61±13.76),the mean score of emotional turndown factors was (14.01±7.70),the mean score of Achievement low dimension was(14.73± 5.12),and the improper conduct dimensions are divided into(11.87± 4.77) points,nursing students’learning burnout scores in a moderate,medical professional study burnout scores highest .sleep quality index are divided into (4.97± 2.80),Nursing a lower score than the overall average,the sleep quality prep above is average level. Art professional sleep quality is best,worst of professional sleep quality. Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between learning burnout and sleep quality among Four major study ,that is,the higher the degree of learning burnout,the higher the sleep anxiety. Improving sleep quality is an effective way to ease the learning burnout. At the same time,to exclude emotional turndown factors and ease the learning burnout help improving sleep quality.
