肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力与自我效能感的关系研究

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical nurses’self-efficacy and the core capabilities in cancer hospital,and analyze the relationships between them.Method:A total 514 nurses in 2 cancer hospitals recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN) and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Result:The core capabilities total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was (141.98±34.06).The Self-efficacy total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was(24.234±5.340).The Self-efficacy and core competencies of the Cancer Hospital nurses was positively correlated(P<0.01).The hierarchical stepwise regression analysis indicate:Exclude the impact of demographic data for the core competencies of nurses and self-efficacy into the equation,the R2 was 0.58.the Self-efficacy could predictor independently 12.0%. Conclusion:Improving the clinical nurses’self-efficacy has significant role to raise levels of the core capabilities in the cancer hospital,and improve quality of nursing work.%  目的:研究肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力与自我效能感的关系.方法:对514名肿瘤医院临床护士进行自我效能感与护士核心能力的问卷调查,了解肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力现状,探讨肿瘤医院临床护士自我效能感对核心能力的影响.结果:肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力总分为(141.98±34.06);自我效能感总分为(24.23±5.34).相关分析显示,自我效能感与肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力呈正相关(P<0.01).回归分析显示,排除人口学资料对于护士核心能力的影响,自我效能感进入方程后的 R2为0.58.自我效能感可独立预测护士核心能力的12.0%.结论:从护士自我效能感层面采取干预,可提高核心能力,从而改善临床护理服务质量.
