According to the present invention, a method for generating and matching core capability genes based on artificial intelligence is performed by a system for generating and matching core capability genes based on artificial intelligence, and comprises: a step of extracting first core capability information from a first database storing information of a first company; a step of generating a first hiring core capability gene from the first core capability information; a step of extracting job-seeking core capability information from a second database storing information of a job seeker; a step of generating a job-seeking core capability gene from the job-seeking core capability information; a step of mapping the first hiring core capability gene and the job-seeking core capability gene; a step of matching the hiring core capability gene and the job-seeking core capability gene mapped in the mapping step to generate matching result information; and a step of providing the first company with information about an excessive job-seeking core capability gene which is not matched to the hiring core capability gene mapped in the mapping step, and providing the job seeker with information about an excessive hiring core capability gene which is not matched to the job-seeking core capability gene mapped in the mapping step by the matching result information.
