口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of oral implant restoration of dentition defect.Method:87 cases of patients with dentition defect were analyzed retrospectively.Detailed data were collected and the oral were examined before surgery for patients.The patients were treated with the oral implant restoration after local anesthesia.According to the comfort and aesthetics of the implant,after two years of patient satisfaction survey,divided into not satisfied,more satisfied,satisfied with three level.Result:To implant the comfortable degree of patients,there were 65 cases satisfied with the comfort of implant in 87 patients,satisfactory in 18 cases,4 cases were dissatisfied.In the case of implant beautiful degree,there were 59 cases satisfied with implant beautiful degree in 87 patients,satisfactory in 23 cases,5 cases were dissatisfied.Conclusion:The oral implant restoration of dentition defect is better,worthy of promotion and application.%　　目的：对口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床结果进行分析。方法：对87例牙列缺损患者资料进行回顾性分析，实施手术前对患者进行详细资料收集和口腔检查，局麻后对患者进行口腔种植修复。根据种植体的舒适程度和美观程度，在术后2年对患者进行满意度考察，分为不满意、较满意、满意3个程度。结果：87例患者中对种植体的舒适程度满意的有65例，较满意的有18例，不满意的有4例。87例患者中对种植体的美观程度满意的有59例，较满意的23例，不满意的有5例。结论：口腔种植修复牙列缺损的效果较好，值得推广和应用。
