本文旨在通过对护理人文关怀教育的必要性分析，明确人文关怀教育在护理教育中的地位与作用，剖析护理人文关怀教育现状，揭示目前护理人文关怀教育所面临的问题，进一步探讨如何加强护理人文关怀教育，提出解决策略，达到护理人文关怀教育的培养目标，培养符合社会发展需要的高素质护理人才。%Through the analysis on the necessity of humanistic care education,clear humanistic care education in nursing education,analyzes the status and function of nursing humanistic care education present situation,this paper aims to reveal current problems that nursing humanistic care education are faced,and further discusses how to strengthen the humanistic care education and puts forward the solving strategy in order to reach nursing humanistic care education training target,and training high quality nursing talents in order to meet the needs of social development.
