关节镜下治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察早期镜下滑膜切除对类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果。方法：对33例36膝的类风湿性关节炎患者的膝关节在关节镜下观察其病理改变及损害程度，进行彻底的滑膜切除。结果：随访时间为半年~3年，优良率为83.3%。结论：对类风湿性关节炎患者行早期镜下滑膜切除术，可取得满意的效果。%　　Objective:To observe the clinical results of arthroscopic synovectomy for early arthritis. Method:The complete arthroscopic synovectomy was carried out after the observation of pathological changes.36 knee joints in 33 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were operated in this way and followed up for 0.5-3 years.Result:The rate of excellent and good results is 83.3%. Conclusion:The satisfied results can be obtained with arthroscopic synovectomy for early rheumatoid arthritis.
