新生儿重症监护室内的发育支持护理的研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing care effect of development support care apply in ICU neonatal.Method:Randomly selected neonatal 100 cases,the control group with normal traditional method nursing,the research group apply in development supportive care.Result:2 weeks after birth,the research group weight and intake of milk increase significantly higher than the control group,and neurobehavioral scores significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:To apply development support care in neonatal,can increase the intake of milk,promote the newborn growth and development,improve the neural behavior.%　　目的：探讨新生儿重症监护室内应用发育支持护理的临床护理效果。方法：随机选取笔者所在医院重症监护室收治的新生儿100例，对照组采用常规传统方法护理，研究组在对照组基础上进行发育支持护理。结果：出生后2周研究组体重和摄奶量的增加量明显高于对照组，且研究组神经行为评分明显高于对照组。结论：对重症监护室新生儿实施发育支持护理，可提高新生儿摄奶量，促进新生儿生长发育，改善其神经行为。
