等离子射频消融术治疗椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨等离子射频消融术治疗椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：选取本院骨科2012年4月-2013年6月收治的70例腰椎间盘突出患者，随机分成研究组和对照组。对照组35例患者采用传统的药物、物理治疗，并联合中医推拿、针灸辅助治疗，研究组35例患者在此基础上采用等离子射频消融术治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效及其他指标。结果：研究组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.3%和82.9%，研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组治疗后的VAS和ODI评分分别为（3.53±0.38）分和（10.65±2.28）分，较治疗前和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。此外，研究组在住院时间、治疗满意度和随访期内的症状体征积分方面均优于对照组（P<0.05），仅在椎间隙高度R值上两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：等离子射频消融术治疗椎间盘突出症，具有患者恢复快、创伤小、操作简便安全、耗时短、脊柱稳定性高等特点，值得进一步推广使用。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation on disc herniation.Method:70 cases of patients with lumbar disc were collected from April 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital ,patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group,35 cases in each group.In the control group patients used conventional drugs,physical therapy,and joint Chinese massage,acupuncture adjuvant therapy,the study group used radiofrequency ablation on the basis of that,clinical efficacy and other indicators were compared of two groups.Result:The study group and the control group was 94.3%and 82.9%,respectively,the study group higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores of study group were(3.53±0.38)and(10.65±2.28),compared with before treatment and control groups were significantly different(P<0.05).In addition,the study group at the time of hospitalization,symptoms and signs integral aspects of treatment satisfaction and follow-up period higher than the control group(P<0.05), only in the intervertebral space height R-value,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment of disc herniation,with patients recover faster,less invasive,easy to operate security,time-consuming short,high stability of the spine,it is worth further promoting.
