目的：对采用白内障超声乳化技术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果进行分析，并对其安全性进行探讨。方法：选取2011年7月-2013年1月本院眼科收治的136例闭角型青光眼患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各68例，其中对照组采用小梁切除术进行治疗，观察组采用白内障超声乳化术进行治疗，观察比较两组患者手术前与手术后6个月患者的视力、前房深度与眼压的情况，并观察患者手术后的并发症情况。结果：术后经过6个月的随访，两组手术后的视力、眼压、前方深度均明显优于手术前，且观察组术后的视力、前房深度均明显高于对照组，眼压明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者在手术后没有出现大出血、虹膜损伤、继发恶性青光眼及角膜失代偿等并发症，明显优于对照组。结论：采用白内障超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼具有临床效果好、术后并发症少的优点，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification technique for the treatment of angle closure glaucoma,and investigate its security.Method:136 patients angle closure glaucoma in our ophthalmology from July 2011 to January 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,68 cases in each group.The control group was given trabeculectomy for treatment,and the observation group was given phacoemulsification for treatment,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth between the two groups before operation and 6 months after operation were observed and compared,and observed the complications after operation.Result:after 6 months of follow-up,the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth after operation of the two groups were were significantly better than those before operation,and the visual acuity and anterior chamber depth after operation of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And there were no bleeding,iris injury,malignant glaucoma and corneal decompensation occurred in the observation group,was better than the control group.Conclusion:The phacoemulsification treating angle closure glaucoma have the advantages of good clinical effect,fewer complications,is worthy of clinical application.
