目的：探讨糖尿病性骨质疏松的中西医治疗价值。方法：选取2011年10月-2013年12月到本院就诊的糖尿病性骨质疏松患者70例，将患者按随机数字表法分为两组，每组35例，其中对照组患者应用阿仑膦酸钠治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用糖脉康进行治疗，分析和比较两组患者治疗后的临床治疗情况。结果：连续治疗6个月后，观察组的骨密度值为（0.841±0.017）g/cm2，与治疗前的（0.731±0.028）g/cm2及对照组的（0.768±0.011）g/cm2比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时，在临床疗效方面，观察组显效21例，有效13例，总有效率为97.14%，明显优于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者进行中西医综合治疗，能够有效提高临床治疗水平，对患者的骨密度状况加以改善，并且安全、可靠，临床应用价值相对较高，值得进一步推广。%Objective: To study the Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic osteoporosis, for hospitals to improve the treatment level of diabetic osteoporosis to provide relevant reference.Method: 70 cases of diabetic osteoporosis patients were selected in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013, the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method, each group had 35 cases, the control group was used Allen phosphonic acid sodium treatment, and on this basis, the observation group was given sugar pulse treatment. After treatment, the clinical treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result: After treatment for 6 months, the bone mineral density value of the observation group was (0.841±0.017)g/cm2, and compared with(0.731±0.028)g/cm2 before treatment and the control group’s (0.768±0.011)g/cm2, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, in the aspect of clinical curative effect, 21 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective in the observation group, the total effective rate was 97.14%, obviously better than the control group of 77.14%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in patients with diabetic osteoporosis, can effectively improve the level of clinical treatment, the patients with bone mineral density situation improved, and the safe, reliable, relatively high clinical value, worthy of further promotion.
