116例输血不良反应的调查分析

摘要

目的：通过对输血不良反应类型和发生率的总结分析，探讨其发生规律和原因。方法：对本院2007年-2012年6168例输血情况及不良反应发生率进行统计分析。结果：在6168人次输血中共发生输血反应116例，输血反应率为1.88%，主要由血浆引起；表现类型以非溶血性发热反应和过敏反应为主；有输血史和妊娠史的受血者输血反应率偏高（P<0.05）。结论：临床应特别重视有输血史或妊娠史患者的输血护理。%Objective: To analyze the type and incidence of adverse transfusion reactions, and patterns and causes for adverse transfusion reactions.Method: The samples were from 6168 patients with blood transfusion from 2010 to 2013. All adverse transfusion reactions were statistical analyzed.Result: 116 case adverse transfusion reactions were started up, the incidence was 1.88%. Most of them were fever or allergic reactions who were caused by the plasma. Patients with history of blood transfusion/pregnancy were more likely to occur adverse transfusion reactions (P<0.05).Conclusion: We should pay more attention to patients with history of blood transfusion/pregnancy.
