2010年我院降血脂药药物利用分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application status of antilipemic agents in hospital and provide basis for clinical treatment. Method:The utilization of antilipemic agents in hospital was analyzed statistically with consumption sum,DDDS,DDC and DUI. Result:In the antilipemic agents,the largest DDDs and DDC were statins,and the DUI was 1. Conclusion:The application of antilipemic agents in hospital is generally reasonable. During clinical drug use, comprehensive considerations should include good effect and reasonable cost. The statins show a wide prospect of market.%目的：通过对本院降血脂类药物的应用分析，为临床上合理应用降血脂药物提供参考。方法：对2010年本院降血脂药物消耗金额、用药频度（DDDs）构成比、日均用药费用（DDC）分析和药物利用指数（DUI）等进行统计分析。结果：本院所用各类降血脂药物中他汀类药物的DDDs和DDC所占比重最大，本院所用的全部降血脂药物的DUI均等于1。结论：本院降血脂药物应用合理，在临床用药过程中要综合考虑疗效和经济两方面，他汀类降脂药物应用广泛，且市场前景广阔。
