早期削痂植皮在深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合烧伤创面治疗中的疗效观察

摘要

目的：分析研究深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合烧伤创面削痂后应用自体皮移植治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月-2014年12月本院收治的156例深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合烧伤创面患者作为研究对象，所有患者均在3~5 d内实施削痂手术，然后切取自体刃厚皮和大张中厚皮移植修复，对患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果：患者术后3周创面愈合率在95%以上，经1~2年随访，供、受皮区未见明显瘢痕或瘢痕轻微，四肢关节无功能影响或影响较小。结论：对深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合烧伤创面采取早期削痂植皮可以获得良好的临床效果，有利于促进患者烧伤创面外观及功能恢复，临床价值显著，可在临床上推广应用。%Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous skin transplantation after tangential excision in the treatment of deep Ⅱ to Ⅲ degree mixed burn wound.Method:156 patients with deep Ⅱ to Ⅲdegree mixed burn wounds in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.All patients were operated within 3 to 5 days since being burned.After tangential excision,autologous skins of split thickness and large sheets of mid-thick skins were cut to repair the burn wound.Result:The wound healing rate in 3 weeks was more than 95%.Neither obvious scar nor slight scar in the skin area was observed and there was no limitation or slight limitation of joints and limbs were showed after follow-up of 1 year to 2 years.Conclusion:For deep Ⅱ to Ⅲ degree mixed burn wounds,tangential excision and skin grafting early can obtain good clinical effect.It can promote the function and appearance recovery of the patients.This treatment method shows its significant clinical value.It is worthy of clinical application.
