Hedgehog信号通路分子在食道鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

     

摘要

Objective:To discuss the expression of hedgehog signaling molecules and their clinical significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.Method:12 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinomas from March 2013 to May 2014 were identified in the thoracic surgery department of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University. The expression of hedgehog signaling molecules Gli1, Hip, PDGFRα, Smo and Su(Fu) which were obtained from a total of 12 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinomas and the control group of 12 cases with normal mucosal tissue from the esophageal squamous cell carcinomas edge 2 cm,they were detected by situ hybridization techniques. Result:In 12 esophageal squamous cell carcinomas tissues, hedgehog signaling molecules Gli1, Hip, PDGFRα and Smo expressed in 10 cases and Su(Fu) expressed in 8 cases, however there was no expression of these gene detected in 12 adjacent normal tissues,there was significant statistical difference between them(P<0.05).Gli1,Hip,PDGFRα, Smo and Su(Fu) gene expression was not statistically significant with age, sex, histological grade and clinical stage (P>0.05).Conclusion:The hedgehog pathway components highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas which we can infer the hedgehog can be used as a new target for cancer treatment.%目的:探讨Hedgehog信号通路分子Gli1、Hip、PDGFRα、Smo和Su(Fu)基因在食道鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用原位杂交方法检测内蒙古医科大学附属医院胸外科2013年3月-2014年5月经手术切除、病理科确诊的12例食道鳞状细胞癌组织及距肿瘤边缘2 cm处经病理证实为正常组织的12例食管黏膜(阳性对照)中Hedgehog信号通路分子Gli1、Hip、PDGFRα、Smo和Su(Fu)基因的表达。结果:12例癌组织中,10例癌组织中均检测到Hedgehog信号通路分子Gli1、Hip、PDGFRα、Smo基因的表达,8例癌组织中检测到Hedgehog信号通路分子Su(Fu)基因的表达,而其在对照组中均未表达,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Gli1、Hip、PDGFRα、Smo及Su(Fu)基因的表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学分级、临床分期无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hedgehog信号通路在食道鳞状细胞癌组织中存在高表达,其可能作为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
