医护人员抑郁症状与职业紧张的关系研究

     

摘要

目的:研究医护人员抑郁症状与职业紧张的关系。方法:采用调查问卷分析758例医护人员在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、教育程度、职务、夜班情况、每周工作时间、福利待遇满意度及医患关系等方面的差异性,采用Logistic回归分析医护人员抑郁症状与职业紧张之间的关系。结果:758例医护人员中共有422例出现抑郁症状,抑郁症状检出率为55.67%,经单因素分析,医护人员在年龄、婚姻状况、职务、夜班情况、每周工作时间、福利待遇满意度及医患关系等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,高付出-高回报、低付出-低回报、高付出-低回报均与抑郁症状均具有密切相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且紧张程度越高,对抑郁症状的释放率越大。结论:医护人员抑郁症状与职业紧张之间存在着紧密联系,制订有效防治措施可明显降低医护人员精神抑郁症状的发生率,提高医疗工作效率和减少医疗纠纷事件的发生例数。%Objective: To study the relationship of between depressive symptoms and occupational stress of the medical staff.Method: The differences of the gender, age, marital status, education level, job, night shift situation, weekly working hours, welfare satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship of 758 cases of medical staff were compared by questionnaire analysis. The relationship of medical staff between depressive symptoms and occupational stress was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Result:422 cases among the 758 cases of medical staff showed depressive symptoms, and the detection rate of depressive symptoms was 55.67%. There were significant differences in medical staff among the age, marital status, position, the night shift, weekly working hours, welfare satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship by the single factor analysis, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). By Logistic regression analysis, there was a close correlation among high pay-high returns, low pay-low returns, high cost-low returns and depressive symptoms, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The higher of the tension degree, and the release rate of depressive symptoms were the bigger.Conclusion: There were a close relationship in medical staff between depressive symptoms and occupational stress.Effective prevention and control measures formulated could obviously reduce the incidence rate of mental depression in medical staff,improve medical efficiency and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes cases.
