抑郁症神经内分泌及细胞因子的研究进展

摘要

Depression is a common and frequently-occurring disease in psychiatry,it involves multiple mechanisms.Clinical studies agree that the onset of depression involves the neuroendocrine changes,and the changing of some neurotransmitters can be used as the symbol of neurobiology in depression.Cytokines are becoming a hot spot of research at present,most of the researches have shown the relationship between cytokines and depression,but the specific mechanism needs further research.This paper reviewed the research progress of neuroendocrine and cytokines in depression.%抑郁症是精神科的常见病和多发病，病因复杂，涉及多个机制。临床研究一致认为抑郁症的发病涉及神经内分泌的变化，并认为某些神经递质的变化可作为抑郁症神经生物学标志。细胞因子目前成为研究的热点，较多研究表明其与抑郁症的发病有相关性，但具体机制有待进一步的研究。本文就抑郁症神经内分泌及细胞因子方面的研究进展作一综述。
