探讨POCT技术的应用现状与发展前景

摘要

POCT(point-of-care testing) is a new field in the development of laboratory medicine,it is easy to operate,efficient,fast,stable reagent,the advantages of the inspection results comparable,adapt to the fast pace of modern clinical medicine works,meet the needs of the people in time,make the patients receive timely diagnosis and treatment.With constant expansion of POCT use range,technology application development which progresses by leaps and bounds,but in the laws and regulations,industry management,quality assurance,personnel training and cost still insufficient.In this paper,the present situation of the application of POCT technology in a more comprehensive introduction,clarify the POCT development challenges,puts forward reasonable measures and suggestions to the existing problems and its future prospects in this field are expected.%POCT（即时检验）是检验医学发展的新领域，它具有操作简便、高效快速、试剂稳定、检验结果具有可比性等优势，顺应了现代临床医学快节奏的工作方式，满足了人们在时间上的需求，使患者得到及时的诊断和治疗。随着POCT使用范围的不断拓展，技术应用得到突飞猛进的发展，但在法律法规、行业管理、质量保证、人员培训、成本等方面存在不足。本文主要对POCT技术的应用现状进行较为全面的介绍，阐明我国POCT发展面临的挑战，对目前存在问题提出合理的措施和建议，并对其在该领域未来的前景进行展望。
