乡镇卫生院常见外科创伤手术失误及处理

摘要

Objective to study the common surgical trauma in towns and townships error causes and treatment methods. Methods Analysis in our hospital after surgical treatment of 125 patients with surgical trauma diagnosis and treatment of data, classifies the failure cases of surgery, according to the operation error, analyzed the corresponding treatment measures. Results 125 cases of surgical trauma patients, 12 cases operation error, the diagnostic mistakes in 3 patients, surgical indication, timing and method error in 2 cases, surgical technique error in 5 cases, 2 other cases. Conclusion the surgical trauma error has had a huge impact, in towns and townships to give at aches great importance to, improve al aspects of skil s surgeons.%目的：探讨乡镇卫生院常见外科创伤手术失误原因及处理方法。方法回顾性分析在我镇卫生院接受手术治疗的125例外科创伤患者的临床资料，并对手术失误病例进行归类整理，根据手术失误原因，分析相应的处理措施。结果125例外科创伤患者中，12例手术失误，其中诊断失误3例，手术适应证、时机及方法选择失误2例，手术技术失误5例，其它2例。结论外科创伤手术失误影响巨大，乡镇卫生院需给予高度重视，提高手术医生各方面的技能。
