康妇炎胶囊联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病临床应用体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the Kangfuyan capsules combined withtinidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods To my out-patient diagnostic data of 80 patients were analyzed according to patient treatment, treatment time were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group using the general method of treatment, the experimental group by Kangfuyan capsules combined with tinidazole treatment,treatment ef ects were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group after the treatment of 1 cases of uterine oradnexal tenderness, accounted for 2.5%;2 cases of uterine activity or appendixthickening, accounted for 5%;1 cases of pelvic ef usion after B ultrasoundexamination, accounted for 2.5%, lower than that of the control group ( <0.05);ideal ef ect in treatment of experimental group is 90%, bet er than the control group (75%) ( < 0.05);the experiment group after the treatment of 95%of myoveral satisfaction, higher than that of the control group (80%) ( <0.05).Conclusion The higher the pelvic inflammatory disease rate, bet er use ofKangfuyan capsules combined with tinidazole treatment ef ect, is worthy to be popularized.%目的探讨康妇炎胶囊联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病临床效果。方法对来我门诊接受诊断治疗的80例患者资料进行分析，根据患者治疗时间先后顺序分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用一般方法治疗，实验组采用康妇炎胶囊联合替硝唑治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后1例子宫或附件压痛，占2.5%；2例子宫活动度差或附件增厚，占5%；1例经过B超检查有盆腔积液，占2.5%，低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组90%治疗效果理想，优于对照组(75%)(P<0.05)；实验组治疗后95%对我所总体满意，高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎性疾病发病率较高，采用康妇炎胶囊联合替硝唑治疗效果较好，值得推广使用。
