Objective Discussion and analysis of early warning of platelet aggregation function and blood rheology in stroke.Methods 40 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from 2012 February to 2014 February were selected as the observation group,select the same period 40 healthy volunteers as control group,with platelet aggregation and hemorheology were compared and analyzed.Results After testing,the patients in observation group platelet maximum aggregation ratefive minutes was significantly higher than that in normal control group ( <0.05);no significant dif erence ( >0.05).The observation group,the whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen were significantly higher than those in normal control group ( <0.05);the two group of erythrocyte deformability in patients with no dif erence in Statistics( >0.05).Conclusion Platelet aggregation function in patients with stroke and blood rheological changeswere occurred,therefore,platelet aggregation and blood flow is an important factor in the prevention of stroke.%目的：探讨和分析血小板聚集功能与血流变在脑卒中的早期预警作用。方法将我院2012年2月~2014年2月收治的40例脑卒中患者设为观察组，选取同期来我院体检的40例健康体检者作为对照组，对两组患者血小板聚集及血液流变学变化进行比较和分析。结果经检测，观察组患者血小板5min最大聚集率显著高于正常对照组(<0.05)；坡度的比较不敏感，无统计学差异(>0.05)。观察组血浆粘度、全血粘度、血球压积、纤维蛋白原均显著高于正常对照组(<0.05)；两组患者红细胞变形能力的比较无统计学差异(>0.05)。结论脑卒中患者血小板聚集功能及血流变均发生显著变化，因此，血小板聚集功能与血流变是预防脑卒中的重要因素。
