Objective This paper the author carried out the family planning service work practice, discusses the new situation establishing distribution and management of family planning methods. Conclusion Under the new situation well carried out in the county family planning service work, complex face many difficulties, we are very pay attention to deal with several relations, get good grades.%目的本文结合笔者在计划生育药具发放服务工作的实践，探讨新形势下计划生育药具的发放和管理方法。方法分析新形势下计划生育药具发放管理过程中存在的问题，论述了做好计划生育药具发放服务管理工作应处理好的几个关系，即主体功能与附加功能的关系；以法服务与人性化服务的关系；满足需要与减少浪费的关系；药具发放服务与其它卫生服务的关系。结论在新形势下做好在县区计划生育药具发放服务工作，面对很多复杂困难，我们十分注重处理好几个关系，取得好的成绩。
