无痛分娩120例护理体会

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing support application value in painless labor. Methods Select 2011 January to 2013 December in our hospital obstetric delivery ful -termsingleton, head position, at 38 to 41 weeks, at the age of 20 years old to 30 years old,120 cases of pregnant women in labor analgesia voluntary requirements as the object.Results Al the cases had implemented a painless labor epidural anesthesia forpainless childbirth, nursing intervention. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth can significantly reduce pain, can a safe and comfortable for pregnant women during childbirth, enhances the natural delivery confidence, improve the naturaldelivery rate.%目的探讨护理支持在无痛分娩中的应用价值。方法选取我院产科2011年1月~2013年12月分娩的足月单胎,头位,孕38~41 w,年龄20~30岁,自愿要求分娩镇痛的120例孕妇作为研究对象。结果全部产妇在都实行了硬膜外阻滞麻醉无痛分娩,进行了无痛分娩护理干预。结论硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩能显著减轻产痛,能为孕妇提供一个安全舒适的分娩过程,增强了产妇自然分娩的信心,提高了自然分娩率。
