艾灸配合穴位按摩治疗对于术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the moxibustion combined with acupoint massage for postoperative urinary retention ef ect. Methods The statistics in our department of orthopedics operation patients from 2013 January to June admitted 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group using indwel ing catheterization therapy, treatment group with moxibustion combined with acupoint massage micturition treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The ef icacy of the treatment group is bet er than control group. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve abdominal distention, urinary retention in the treatment of postoperative, and the operation is simple, less invasive injury, avoid a urinary tract infection, reduce pain, patients are wil ing to accept.%目的探讨艾灸配合穴位按摩对于术后尿潴留的效果。方法统计我科自2013年1月~6月入院的骨科手术患者100例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组采用留置导尿治疗，治疗组采用艾灸配合穴位按摩排尿治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论艾灸配合穴位按摩在治疗术后尿潴留中能有效的解除腹胀，且操作简便，减少侵入性损伤，避免尿路感染，减轻痛苦，患者乐于接受。
