白蛋白和3M泡沫敷料在昏迷患者枕部浅度溃疡期压疮中联合应用的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the ef ect of Albumin and 3M foam dressing in treatment of Occipital pressure ulcers in Shal ow ulcerative stage of the patients in coma. Methods A total of 36 patients in coma who had Occipital pressure ulcers in Shallow ulcerative stage were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in experimental group and 16 cases in control group. Albumin and 3M foam dressing were used in experimental group for treating the Occipital pressure ulcers in Shallow ulcerative stage;Conventional treatment and care were used in control group. Compare the effects of expectoration. Results Both methods have good ef ect in treatment of Occipital pressure ulcers in Shal ow ulcerative stage of the patients in coma. The cure rate and ef ective rate were 75% and 100% in experimental group; the cure rate and ef ective rate were31.5% and 69% in control group. The average healing time is shorter in the experimental group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The Albumin and 3M foam dressing have good ef icacy in treatment of Occipital pressure ulcers in Shal ow ulcerative stage of the patients in coma.%目的：探讨白蛋白联合3M泡沫敷料对枕部浅度溃疡期压疮的疗效。方法将36例有枕部浅度溃疡期压疮的昏迷患者随机分为两组。对照组16例,采用常规治疗及护理；观察组20例,采用白蛋白联合3 M泡沫敷料进行治疗及护理。比较两组患者压疮治疗效果。结果两组方法均能对浅度溃疡期的枕部压疮有较好的疗效。观察组的治愈率、有效率分别为75%,100%,对照组分别为31.5%,69%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组平均愈合时间比对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白蛋白联合3M泡沫敷料对昏迷患者枕部浅度溃疡期压疮具有良好的治疗效果。
