咽后壁粘膜下五点注射法治疗慢性咽炎的临床应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the patients with chronic pharyngitis who treated with dif erent local treatments, observat and analysis of the clinical ef icacy of their treatments.Methods For the past four years, 200 cases of with chronic pharyngitis patients who treated in our department.We assigned into experimental and control groups in a random, each group had 100 patients.The control group:The patients were treated with Blocking treatment for submandibular area,and oral administration with Yinhuang granules or xuanmai granules, etc. The test group: The patients were treated with a five-point injection on posterior pharyngeal mucous membranes . and oral administration with Yinhuang granules or xuanmai granules, etc. Results The Comparison of the clinical symptoms and treatment of the Patients in both groups, Obviously ,the test group is better than the control group ( <0.05). The control group review after course of topical therapy 1,3,6 respectively months, The improvement of therapeutic effect symptoms of its clinical The test group Obviously lower than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Clinical y, patients with chronic pharyngitis posterior pharyngeal mucous membranes in a five-point injection method therapy,effective in improving their clinical symptoms.And on a variety of chronic pharyngitis have a certain ef ectively, And less adverse reaction occurs. The method is a kind of new treatment in E.N.T. And its combined traditional Chinese medicines to achieve conservatively treatment.Its ful y protected the pharyngeal mucosa, and to the pharyngeal mucosa functionality improved. Inexpensive practicable repeatedly of targeted therapy for the majority of patients, also it can be widely popularized in the primary medical industries.%目的：探讨对慢性咽炎患者采用不同的局部治疗，观察和分析其治疗的临床效果。方法对近4年来我科经手治疗的200例慢性咽炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各100例。对照组院对患者采用颌下区封闭治疗+口服银黄颗粒或玄麦冲剂等。试验组院对患者采用咽后壁粘膜下五点注射法+口服银黄颗粒或玄麦冲剂等。结果两组患者在临床症状和治疗效果等情况进行比较，试验组明显优于对照组，(<0.05)。对照组在局部治疗一疗程后1、3、6月分别复查，其临床症状的改善和治疗效果与试验组相比明显要低，(<0.05)。结论在临床上，对慢性咽炎患者采用咽后壁粘膜下五点注射法治疗，有效的改善了患者的临床症状，对各种慢性咽炎均有一定的疗效，并且发生的不良反应少。该方法是耳鼻喉科一种新式的治疗方式，结合中西药物达到保守治疗效果，充分保护了咽部粘膜，并使咽部粘膜及腺体功能获得改善。价格便宜，可行针对性的反复治疗，能为广大患者接受，同时能广泛的推广于基层医疗行业。
