1例Ⅲ型脊肌萎缩症合并肺炎患儿的护理与家庭健康指导

摘要

目的：家庭健康指导在脊肌萎缩症合并肺炎患儿中积极有效的应用。方法通过对1例Ⅲ型脊肌萎缩症合并肺部感染的患儿进行治疗和护理，并积极对家长进行健康指导。结果通过对患儿积极的治疗与护理，同时加强家庭护理培训教育，使监护人掌握了肌肉抚触、按摩、合理配餐；同时有效地预防了院内感染、二重感染的发生。结论护理健康指导能有效建立肌萎缩症合并肺炎患儿及其家长对于治疗成功的信心，降低院内及二重感染风险，并提高临床健康教育的质量。%Objective Applying Home health guidance to children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) accompanied with Pneumonia.Methods Successful y curing and nursing a child with Wohlfart-Kugelberg-Welander accompanied with pneumonia as well as positively giving his parents health guidance.Results In the process of positively curing and nursing the ill child as wel as strengthening family health guidance, his parents have learned how to touch and massage muscle as wel as prepare meals reasonably,and it is helpful to prevent nosocomial infection and superinfection.Conclusion Health guidance in nursing care can ef ectively build up confidence of children with SMA accompanied with pneumonia to cure,and the quality of clinical health education is improved greatly.
