PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home care support system and home care support program for performing business support by achieving information sharing among health personnel, welfare personnel, and the like in a comprehensive community care region centering on the home care.SOLUTION: The home care support system comprises a mobile home care support terminal 1, a home care support viewer terminal 2, and a home care support server 3. The mobile home care support terminal 1 carried by health personnel visiting houses of patients, includes means for inputting patients' bio-information, procedure records, doctors' clinical findings, images and the like. The home care support viewer terminal 2 is used for browsing, correcting and managing the patients' bio-information, procedure records, doctors' clinical findings, and the like recorded in the home care support server 3, in healthcare facilities to which the health personnel belongs.
