脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C检测最新进展探讨

摘要

Objective To observe and discuss recent clinical progress of serum cystatin C in patients with cerebral infarction and detection.Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital since 2013 January to 2013 December were,as the observation group in this research.Set period to check our hospital 35 cases without clinical data of patients with cerebrovascular disease,As a control group in this study,using particle enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay analysis of two groups of patients with Cys C content.Results Two patients Cys C results with significant dif erences ( <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of Cys C and cerebral infarction are related,as new parameters in patients with cerebral infarction.%目的：观察并探讨脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C检测的最近临床研究进展。方法选择我院自2013年1月~12月收治的35例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料，作为本次研究的观察组。集同期来我院检查的35例无脑血管病患者的临床资料，作为本次研究的对照组，采用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法分析两组患者Cys C含量。结果两组患者Cys C值对比结果具有显著性差异(<0.05)。结论Cys C与脑梗死发病有一定关联性，可作为脑梗死患者的新的检测指标。
