1例支气管肺内异物行左全肺切除术后的护理体会

摘要

To analysis the value of bronchial foreign body in lung for nursing after pneumonectomy experience.2012 March our department treated 1 cases of foreign body aspiration induced intermit ent hemoptysis decades of female patients.The general anesthesia the left pneumonectomy, after anti infection, phlegm, hemostasis and nutrition support the treatment, in April 1st discharged.%分析支气管肺内异物行全肺切除术后的护理体会，总结2012年3月我科收治1例吸入异物致间断咳血数10年的女性患者，全身麻醉下行左全肺切除术，术后给予抗感染、化痰、止血及营养支持等治疗，于4月1日痊愈出院。
