中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎31例疗效观察

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods Clinical diagnosis of 31 cases, were randomly divided into the treatment group of 19 cases, 12 cases in the control group. The control group of Western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on the dif erentiation of type four diabetes with Chinese medicine. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 93.6%, the comparison group total ef ectiveness 83.3%. Conclusion The broad prospects for lupus nephritis treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.%目的：观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效。方法选择临床确诊病例31例，随机分为治疗组19例，对照组12例。对照组单纯西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上辩证分四型加服中药。结果治疗组总有效率93.6%，对照组总有效率83.3%。结论中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎前景广阔。
