50例儿科患者1w内再入院分析及对策

摘要

目的探讨儿科患者1w内再入院的原因，寻找相关的预防对策。方法将本院2013年全年出院患者信息数据库中所有数据导入Excel2003,对出院1w内再住院患者进行原因分析。结果1w内再入院50例患者中，与前次住院诊断相同或相关者37例，平均住院天数增加了0.72d。结论在多个环节采取改进措施，减少儿科患者1w内再入院率，减轻儿童身心痛苦和家庭经济负担，提高医疗质量。%Objective To investigate the causes of pediatric patients with readmission within one week, to find relevant preventive countermeasures.Methods Our ful year 2013 discharged patients al information in the database data import Excel2003, an analysis of the causes of hospital inpatient again within one week.Results Readmission within one week 50 cases of patients, the same as the previous hospital diagnosis or stakeholder 37 cases, the average hospitalization days increased by 0.72 days.Conclusion In more than one link to take improvement measures, reduce the pediatric patient readmission rate within a week, children's physical and mental pain and families to reduce the economic burden, improve the quality of medical treatment.
