目的探讨产科病房护理中存在的风险因素及相应对策。方法选取2011年5月~2013年5月在我院产科进行治疗的患者80例为研究对象进行分析，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施风险管理护理，对比临床两组患者风险事故发生率和满意度情况。结果实施风险管理的研究组患者满意度提升，风险事故发生率下降，与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对医院产科病房护理工作中风险进行分析并实施对应举措能够显著提升护理质量和患者满意度，降低各类风险事故发生率，应用效果好。%Objective To investigate the presence of maternity care risk factors and corresponding countermeasures.Methods May 2011 May 2013among patients in our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of obstetric conducted the analysis for the study were randomly divided into a control group and study group and the control group received usual care,implementation of risk management Care Research Group,compared two groups of patients in clinical risk accident rates and satisfaction situation. Results The patient satisfaction the implementation of risk management to enhance the study group, the risk of accident rate decreased,with statistical significance ( <0.05)dif erence compared with the control group.Conclusion The analyzed hospital maternity ward nursing work and implement corresponding measures against risks can significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,reduce the risk of various types of accident rates.
