中西医临床免疫治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of integrated traditional China and western medicine in the immune treatment of oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:T triamcinolone Acetonide triamcinolone Acetonide reatment:The second group compared the first group has significant dif erence (P<0.01); After treatment ,TNF-a,IL-6,IL-8 of the second group was lower than those of the first group (P<0.01) .Conclusion The second group is more ef ective in treating OLP,can improve imnmne state of patients with OLP.%目的：观察中西医临床免疫治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组，第1组(30例)：曲安缩松、左旋咪唑治疗。第2组(30例)中西医结合临床免疫治疗。8w后观察近期疗效，1年后远期疗效，并测定治疗前后IL-8、TNF-a、IL-6水平，观察免疫功能变化和不良反应。结果近期和远期疗效，第2组与第1组比较P<0．0l。第2组治疗后TNF-a、IL-6、较治疗前明显降低（P<0．05)，治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0．05)。结论第2组疗效高、能改善患者免疫功能。
