目的探讨葛根素注射液联合卡维地洛治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2012年2月~2013年2月，共86例不稳定性心绞痛患者，分为对照组与治疗组各43例，对照组常规治疗，治疗组采用葛根素注射液联合卡维地洛治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后心率、血压、心肌耗氧指数及治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率90.70%较对照组65.12%高，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）；同时，治疗组患者心率、血压、心肌耗氧指数较对照组均降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论葛根素注射液联合卡维地洛治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效较好，可促进患者康复，值得临床借鉴。%Objective To investigate the ef ects of Puerarin combined with carvedilol for unstable angina, in order to promote the rehabilitation of patients. Methods February 2012 to February 2013, 86 cases of unstable angina patients were divided into control group and treatment group, 43 cases in the control group treated by conventional treatment method, 43 cases in the treatment group treated by puerarin and carvedilol , to compare the heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption index and the therapeutic ef ects of patients between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.70%, higher than the 65.12% of control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05);Meanwhile, to observe the heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption index and the therapeutic effects of angina patients, the treated group compared with the control group improved significantly, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Puerarin combined with carvedilol to treat unstable angina can get bet er ef icacy, promote the rehabilitation of patients, it is worthy be used for reference.
