基层医院护士分层级规范化培训的实施与体会

             

摘要

目的通过对在职护士实施分层级规范化培训,促进护士综合能力的提高,培养高素质护理人才队伍。方法从2013年1月起,我院把全院临床护理人员分别根据层级、科别制定有针对性的实施分层级、规范化培训计划。并对实施分层级规范化培训前后护士三基考试、科研论文及患者满意度进行对比。结果实施分层级规范化培训后,护士综合能力得到显著提高。结论实施在职护士分层级规范化培训对提高护士的综合素质起到了积极的促进作用,加强了护理队伍的建设和护理人才的培养,从而提高了临床护理质量。%Objective Through the implementation of hierarchical standardized training for on-the-job nurses, to promote nurses to improve the comprehensive ability, training high-quality nursing personnel. Methods From 2013 January in our hospital, the hospital clinical nursing staff separately according to the level, subject to develop targeted hierarchical, the standardized training program. Compared to hierarchical standardized training nurses before and after three tests, research papers and the satisfaction of patients. Results The implementation of hierarchical level after the standardized training of nurses' comprehensive ability, improve. Conclusion The implementation of standardized training of nurses in hierarchical level to the positive ef ect on the improvement of comprehensive quality of nurses, strengthen the culture construction and nursing personnel of nursing staf , so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing.
