神经阻滞与针刺联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症分析探讨

Objective Acupuncture therapy combined with nerve block, in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were observed and analyzed the ef ect of. Methods 87 cases of lumbar choose our department in the near future, protrusion of the intervertebraldisc,andaccordingtothedifferent forms of treatment, 87 patients were divided into two groups, in which a single implementationofacupunctureinthetreatmentof43patientsrecorded as acupuncture group, to increase the implementation of nerve block in the treatment of 44 patients recorded as joint group. Results Compared to the treatment ef ect, the patients have obvious advantages ( <0.05). Conclusion The application of acupuncture, nerve block combined with ef ectontheimplementationoftreatmentofpatientswithlumbarintervertebral disc herniation is ideal, it is suitable for promotion in the hospital.%目的就神经阻滞、针刺治疗联合在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果进行观察分析。方法择取我科室在近期内接诊的87例腰椎间盘突出症患者，并按照治疗形式的不同，将87例分为两组，其中单一实施针刺治疗的43例患者记为针刺组、增加实施神经阻滞治疗的44例患者记为联合组。结果在治疗效果上比对，联合组患者具有明显的优势（<0.05）。结论应用针刺治疗、神经阻滞联合对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施治疗的效果是非常理想的，此法适合在各医院进行推广开展。
