首发抑郁症患者认知功能损害的对照研究

摘要

Objective To observe the characteristics of cognitive function of first-episode depression patients.Methods 108 first-episode depression patients were col ected to the study group,and the control group with normal people.The cognitive functions were compared.Results The scores of Memory quotient,verbal quotient,practical quotient,cor ect categories,response er ors and continue er ors were statisticly dif erent between two groups( <0.05).Conclusion There may be multi-cognitive function impairment in patients with first-episode depression.%目的：探讨首发抑郁症患者认知功能损害的特点。方法108例首发抑郁症患者作为研究组,100例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组的认知功能。结果两组在记忆商数、言语智商、操作智商、完成分类数、错误应答数、持续错误数评分差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论首发抑郁症患者存在多项认知功能损害。
