血浆（1,3）-β-D-葡聚糖检测对血液病患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To evaluate the early diagnostic value of plasma (1,3)-β-D-glucan (BG) for leukemia tumor patients with invasive fungal infection . Methods The concentrations of serum BG were detected by MB-80 dynamic rapid microbial detection system and GKT-5M set dynamic fungal detection kit in 36 blood patients with invasive fungal infection(IFI),and compared with the clinical diagnosis. Results The results showed that the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive values,negative predictive values of G tests for leukemia tumor patients were 80%,70.96%,55.56%,68.75%. Conclusion Measurement the BG is a useful method which may rapidly diagnose IFI in the leukemia tumor patients in the early phase.%目的：评价血浆(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖(BG)检测(G试验)对血液病患者侵袭性真菌感染的早期诊断价值。方法应用MB-80微生物动态快速检测系统及GKT-5M set动态真菌检测试剂盒定量检测36例血液病患者血浆中BG的含量,并将试验结果与临床诊断结果相比较,计算G试验的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果 G试验对血液病患者侵袭性真菌感染灵敏度为80%,特异性为70.96%,阳性预测值为55.56%,阴性预测值为68.75%。结论血浆(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖的检测可作为血液病患者侵袭性真菌感染早期诊断的重要依据。
