微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2012年1月~2014年1月的接受口腔正畸治疗患者100例，其中对照组50例采用传统的口腔正畸治疗方法，观察组50例采用微型种植体支抗治疗方法，分析和比较两种不同正畸方法的疗效以及并发症情况。结果两组患者经过治疗后均出现了症状的明显改善，其中观察组的改善效果显著优于对照组，并发症发生情况显著低于对照组，具有统计学意义。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中可以有效稳固牙齿，降低并发症发生率。%Objective To investigate the application value of Micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods Choose 100 cases of orthodontic patients in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 as subjects.Among which,50 cases used the method of micro implant anchorage to cure and as observation group,while other 50 cases of patients used traditional method to cure.Compare and anlysis the cure effect of these two method and the adverse reaction.Results Both of the two groups improve significantly after curement,and the observation group's cure effects and the adverse reaction were significantly better than control group.Conclusion The application of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can cure the tooth effectly with lower rate of adverse reaction.
