目的：阐述全科医生应具备哪些知识与技能。方法笔者作为二级甲等综合医院全科基地社区实践基地的教学负责人，所在基地先后接收全科医师规范化培训、全科医师转岗培训、实习生近80例，通过小组访谈，结合本人10年的实际工作经验进行总结、分析。结果要想成为一名合格的、受辖区居民欢迎的全科医生，必须要具备较为全面的知识与技能，而且应该有所侧重，如内科常见疾病诊治、常见心理疾患诊治、危急重识别与转诊、团队合作能力等方面。结论只有具有了高尚的职业道德和良好的专业素质，掌握较为全面的知识和技能，才能为居民提供综合性、连续性、个性化的基本医疗保健服务，成为深受辖区居民欢迎、信任的全科医生。%Objective Describes the general practitioners should have what knowledge and skills.Methods As the author of the two general hospitals of base of community practice base for teaching, the base has received standardized training of general practitioners, general practitioners training interns, nearly 80 cases, through group interviews, combined with my 10 years of practical experience were summarized and analyzed.Results If you want to become a qualified, welcome by residents of the area of general practitioners, must have a more comprehensive knowledge and skills, but also should be emphasized, such as the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, medical diagnosis and treatment of common mental disorders, critical recognition and referral, team cooperation ability etc. Conclusion Only with the noble occupation morality and good professional qualities, comprehensive grasp of knowledge and skills, in order to provide basic health care services for comprehensive, continuous, personalized for the residents, residents of the area become a popular welcome and trust of general practitioners.
