Q4情景互动式康复训练系统对痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡和步行功能的影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Q4 scene interactive training system on stability and walking function in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP). Methods Fourty spastic CP children were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. All children were treated with regular rehabilitation training. The observation group was received Q4 scene interactive training system for 40min once a day, 5d per week, 12 weeks in total. Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) and D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) were evaluated at the beginning and at the end of the 12th week of treatment course respectively. Results The outcomes were improved compared with the ones of pre-treatment ( <0.05 or 0.01), and improved more in the treatment group ( <0.05). Conclusion Q4 scene interactive training system in the treatment for children with spastic hemiplegic CP can improve stability and walking function.%目的:观察Q4情景互动式康复训练系统对痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡和步行功能的疗效。方法选取痉挛型脑瘫患儿40例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。两组均采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用Q4情境互动式康复训练系统进行治疗。治疗前与治疗12 w后都使用Berg量表(BBS)、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)和粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)之D区(站立)和E区(走跑跳)对治疗效果进行评定。结果治疗12 w后两组上述指标均较治疗前有改善(<0.05或0.01),且观察组BBS评分、腓肠肌肌张力和GMFM-88之D区和E区评分均比对照组改善(<0.05)。结论 Q4情景互动式康复训练系统能提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的平衡功能和步行功能。
