纳米铜IUD和TCu220C IUD细胞毒性研究

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of nano-copper IUDand TCu220C IUD with mouse fibroblast cells. Methods Leaching liquors of nano-copper IUD and TCu220C IUD were prepared with Cell culture fluid. The proliferation of L-929 cells was measured by tetrazolium colorimetric assay (MTT), and the morphology of the cells were observed by inverted microscope. Results The cytotoxicity of nano-copper IUD group was 1~2, but the TCu220C group was2~4. Conclusion Nano-copper IUD present more cytocompatibility.%目的评价纳米铜IUD和TCu220C IUD的体外细胞毒性。方法采用纳米铜材料IUD和TCu220C IUD,用细胞完全培养液做浸提介质分别浸提24 h、72 h制备相应浸提液,与L929细胞接触培养,通过采取MTT(四唑盐)比色法测定细胞毒性和倒置显微镜观察细胞形态来进行毒性评价。结果纳米铜IUD细胞毒性分级为1~2级,TCu220C IUD细胞毒性分级为2~4级。结论纳米铜IUD较TCu220C IUD对细胞生长情况影响小,细胞相容性更好。
