目的:通过训练鼻腔填塞患者使用龇牙式吞咽法进食,比较训练前后患者吞咽情况,探讨该吞咽训练方法对于改善鼻腔填塞患者吞咽困难的价值。方法:按照纳入标准和排除标准,对100例患者,进行龇牙式吞咽法训练,采用自描式评分对吞咽情况在0~10打分,按照吞咽正常(0分)、吞咽费力(1~4)、吞咽艰难(5~9分)、吞咽不能(10分)进行分级。结果:训练前后吞咽困难的评分比较(t =12.43,P <0.05)组间差异具有统计学意义;训练前后吞咽困难程度比较(P <0.05)组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:龇牙式吞咽功能训练对鼻腔填塞后改善患者吞咽困难具有较为显著的作用,有推广意义。%Objective:Comparing the swallowing in patients with nasal packing before and after training to explore its value.Methods:100 cases of patients were trained and their swallow condition were recorded by self scanning scores in accordance with the normal swallo-wing (0),difficult to swallow (1 -4)hard to swallow (5 -9),inability to swallow (10 points).Results:The scores of dysphagia (t =12.43,P <0.05)after training were significantly decreased (P <0.05).Conclusion:Training siginficantly improved swallowing in pa-tients with nasal packing and thus make it worth for popularization.
