气管导管固定贴的临床应用

摘要

目的：对全身麻醉手术患者气管插管用气管导管外固定贴的临床应用价值予以探究并分析。方法随机选取2013年2月至2014年8月收治的全身麻醉手术患者共140例作为研究对象，按照患者挂号的先后顺序，将其随机均分成观察组和对照组各70例患者。其中对照组患者予以胶带交叉固定，观察组患者在胶带交叉的基础上加用气管导管外固定贴，比较两组患者气管导管的固定情况，并观察两组患者术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的气管导管固定情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05），观察组患者在术后导管移位、面部发红、面部淤青及术后污染床头板发生率方面显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论将气管导管固定贴应用于全满手术患者气管插管中，能够有效减少患者术后口腔分泌物刺激皮肤发生的面部发红和面部淤青不良反应，由于气管导管外固定贴操作简单、安全可靠，值得在临床上大力推广和应用。%Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application value of endotracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia. Methods 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Conclusion The endotracheal tube fixed paste used in ful operation of patients with tracheal intubation,can ef ectively reduce the postoperative oral secretions stimulation of the skin facial redness and facial bruising adverse reactions,tracheal catheter af ixed to Simple operation,safe and reliable,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
