普通外科切口感染高危因素的临床控制

摘要

目的 探讨普通外科手术切口感染的多种危险性因素以及临床针对性预防措施。方法 回顾性分析2011年2月至2013年2月期间我院普通外科收治的2000例患者的完整的临床资料，无一例患者为死亡病例。结果 本组2000例患者中有127例患者发生切口感染现象，感染率为6．35％。患者年龄、手术切口类型、手术类型、术后抗生素应用情况以及患者住院的时间等均为导致患者手术切口感染的高危因素。结论 医护人员应该注意易导致患者手术切口感染的高危因素，并及时采取针对性的预防措施，可有效的减少患者的切口感染的发生率。%O bjectiveM ultiple risk factors of general surgical operation incision infection and clinical preventive measures .M ethod Retrospective analysis of 2011 February to 2013 February were general surgery in our hospital 2000 patients with complete clinical data ,no patients were death .ResultsThere are 127 cases of infection of incision of the group of 2000 patients ,the infection rate was 6 .35% .The age of patients , operation incision type ,type of operation ,postoperative application of antibiotics and hospitalization time were high risk factors causing the operation incision infection .Conclusions M edical personnel should pay atten -tion to easily lead to risk factors of incision infection for patients with operation ,to take timely and effective preventive measures ,can effectively reduce the incidence of patients with incision infection .
